The Connected Family System
Individual Services Agreement

1. Overview of Services
The Connected Family System provides structured, individualized services designed to support the development and implementation of a customized family system.
Services are focused on creating clarity, alignment, and consistent structure within the home environment.
Services may include:
- The Connected Family System Alignment Session
- The Connected Family System Intensive
2. Alignment Session (Individual)
The Connected Family System Alignment Session is a structured, individualized session designed to establish the Client’s Connected Family System.
Structure
Each Alignment Session includes:
- One (1) virtual session lasting approximately two (2) hours
- Guided development of the Client’s family system, including values, guiding principles, and structural expectations
- Identification of key areas of misalignment within the current home environment
- Strategic recommendations tailored to the Client’s family dynamics
- One (1) customized framework deliverable outlining the Client’s system and recommended applications
Session length is approximate and may vary slightly based on the needs and flow of the session.
3. Intensive (Individual)
The Connected Family System Intensive is a structured four (4) week engagement designed to support the application and stabilization of the Client’s Connected Family System.
Structure
The Intensive includes four (4) virtual sessions delivered over four consecutive weeks:
- Session 1: The Connected Family System Alignment Session, as described in Section 2
- Sessions 2–4: Approximately one (1) hour each, focused on application, refinement, and implementation
This service extends beyond initial framework development and supports consistent use of the system within the Client’s home.
Limited email support may be provided between sessions at the discretion of the Service Provider.
Session lengths are approximate and may vary slightly based on the needs and flow of each session.
4. Nature of Services
All services are educational and strategic in nature.
Services provided are not therapy, psychological counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or crisis intervention. Participation does not establish a therapist-client, medical provider, or legal relationship.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Attend scheduled sessions on time
- Participate actively in the process
- Apply the structure and recommendations developed during sessions
- Communicate respectfully
The Client understands that results are dependent on consistency, participation, and implementation.
6. Payment Terms
Payment secures access to the selected service and associated scheduling.
All fees are due in full prior to scheduling unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All services are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 9.
7. Scheduling & Attendance
Scheduled sessions are considered confirmed.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling requests
- Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time
- Late arrivals do not extend session time
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture
Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Service Provider in cases of significant or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Intensive Structure
The Intensive is delivered over four consecutive weeks. Each session corresponds to its designated week.
Missed or unscheduled sessions within the assigned week are forfeited and will not be moved to a later date unless otherwise approved at the discretion of the Service Provider.
9. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable upon purchase.
If the Service Provider is unable to complete services due to unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund will be issued based on unused service hours.
Each unused hour will be refunded at 20% of the total service value.
10. Confidentiality & Consent for Use
The Service Provider agrees to maintain confidentiality of Client information shared during sessions, except where disclosure is required by law.
With the Client’s explicit consent, anonymized or limited identifying information may be used for educational or promotional purposes.
Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed by the Client without prior written permission.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, language, processes, and concepts associated with The Connected Family System are the intellectual property of Jazzmon Trotty-Herring.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, taught, published, recorded, or shared without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Client understands and agrees that the Service Provider is not liable for decisions made or actions taken during or after participation in the services.
13. Conduct Policy
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services without refund if the Client engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful behavior.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Abusive or threatening language
- Discriminatory or offensive remarks
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct
- Repeated disregard for participation expectations
In such cases, the service will be considered fulfilled.
14. Force Majeure
The Service Provider is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Service Provider operates.
16. Agreement Acknowledgment
This Agreement is entered into by and between Jazzmon Trotty-Herring, operating as The Connected Family System (“Service Provider”), and the purchasing individual (“Client”).
By purchasing services and/or providing a digital or written signature, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
